Q: Mold/tooling fee—refundable after certain order qty?

A: YES,It will be used to calculate your purchase amount based on the actual mold fee, and will be refunded once it reaches the predetermined amount.

6. MOQ & Production Lead Time

Q: What is the MOQ per model? Can we mix models in one container?

A:For regular/standard models, we accept flexible order quantities with no strict MOQ. Mixed models are welcome for LCL or full container loading.

For customized versions​ (e.g., private label, modified specs, special packaging), the MOQ is 500 pcs per model。We are happy to arrange production according to your specific requirements.

Q: What is the lead time for samples and bulk orders?

A:Samples: 3–7 days (stock samples; customized samples may take longer)

Bulk (regular items): approx. 25 days​ after deposit and artwork confirmation

Bulk (customized items): approx. 55 days​ after all details confirmed

Q: Could you confirm the MOQ again?

A: Standard products: No MOQ (trial orders accepted)
Customized products: 500 pcs per model​ (new tooling/printing required)

7. Trade Terms, Payment & Logistics

Q: Incoterms (FOB Shenzhen/Ningbo/EXW) & Payment terms?

A: For incoterms: EXW or FOB Shenzhen,for payhment terms: 50% deposit before production, balance due before shipment.
We offer EXW and determine the shipping method based on the quantity of customers. If it is less than 500PCS, consider using express delivery, and if it is greater than 500PCS, consider using a shipping company.Customers can choose the transportation method that best suits their needs.
